Just after it was exposed that Eugene Casciaro was charged after making terrorist threats in a restaurant (the charges were later dropped) it has been revealed that he stole a taxi cab! But that’s not all.

Apparently he was charged with criminal damage to property in the second degree, theft by taking, simply battery and obstruction of an officer!

He assaulted the man behind the wheel of the cab and then stole the vehicle. But not before attacking him. According to the District Attorney in documents obtained Friday, “The accused person…did intentionally make physical contact of in an insulting or provoking nature…by striking him.”

The damages rang in at more than $500 for the incident that took place back on July 12 of 2009. It included Casciaro “pulling and punching objects within reach.”

An officer ended up catching up with Casicaro after he took off with the cab. But even the police wasn’t safe from Casciaro’s wrath. Casciaro first “refused to bring a vehicle to a stop” at first. He was arrested and stayed in custody for two days. He ended up being indicted on all of the serious charges but accepted a plea deal just under a year later. His theft by taking charge was then lessened to criminal trespassing. He also had to serve 100 hours of community service, go under 24 months of probation and pay back the $500.

Only time will tell if Moore will stand by Casciaro as his past is revealed, or if it’ll too much for her to handle. Either way, it could all play out on the highly anticipated upcoming eighth season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. The ladies have already started filming, and it’s set to return later this year.
