The drama is really hitting a new high on The Young and the Restless in the upcoming week's worth of episodes!

Ian Ward Will Have Genoa City 'In Turmoil' On 'The Young and the Restless' With Gabriel/Adam's Help?

On Friday night, Jimmy Freeman, an associate producer for the CBS soap, tweeted about how crazy things are going to get in Genoa City.

"Don't miss a minute! Next week is a HUGE week," he dished.

With that tidbit of information, a teaser trailer was unveiled for The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful, which is filled with drama.

In the teaser that's above, it looks like all the intensity will present itself in the episode set to air Friday, Oct. 2.

It looks like Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will drop a bomb about Adam (Justin Hartley). Still to this day, many of the Genoa City residents are under the impression that Adam is gone and Gabriel (also portrayed by Hartley) is who he says he is.

It also seems as though Gabriel/Adam is realizing how much hot water he is in for lying and concocting this evil vengeful plan with Ian Ward (Ray Wise).

That aside, The Young and the Restless will kick off Monday, Sept. 28, with a strong episode. In the sneak peek below Victor (Eric Braeden) enlightens his daughters Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) that he intends on having all of the Abbotts arrested.

"You're trying to have the Abbotts arrested?" Victoria questions in the clip, which prompts Victor to state, "All of them."

He then looks at Abby and shares, "Including your mother."

Yikes! The Paragon Project is truly bringing the worst out in all the Newmans and Abbotts.

In this episode it seems as though Marisa (Sofia Pernas) will finally be completely truthful with Noah (Robert Adamson) about everything.

"What is so important you had to swear to keep it quiet?" Noah asks her in the clip.

"It's about Marco [Peter Bergman] and Victor and Jack Abbott [also portrayed by Bergman]," she admits.

It sounds like Noah might wind up truly hating his grandfather considering Victor is the main reason Marco ever came to Genoa City.

In this episode, Ian will toy with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) some more, but according to Soaps Summer (Hunter King) will point out to Phyllis that "Fred" is really Ian and he is a very bad person.

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
