According to Xpose on Sunday, the mother-of-two says that she's long known that her famous curves have made her an object of affection basically all of her life.

She told Germany's Cosmopolitan magazine, "Men were watching me walk by and whistling at me. That's when I realized I had a certain power over men."

Lopez says that despite going through three divorces and multiple highly publicized relationships, she still believes in love, although she's making more of an effort to love herself than anyone else.

Explaining how she has learned to be her own best friend, the hit make said, "Most importantly, to love myself first. As women, I don't think we do that enough. We always love somebody else more than ourselves."

She added, "I did that for a long time and I couldn't understand why things weren't working. Then I realized that I wasn't valuing myself in the way that I deserved.

Lopez further explained, "You accept things that are less than what you want, and then you wonder why you find yourself in these situations. You think, 'I wouldn't treat anyone in this way so why am I being treated like this?'"
