The Hilary (Mishael Morgan) disappearing situation is still very much a huge storyline on The Young and the Restless.

Ian Ward Will Have Genoa City 'In Turmoil' On 'The Young and the Restless' With Gabriel/Adam's Help?

Neil (Kristoff St. John) has been out of control since he realized Hilary was having an affair with Devon (Bryton James). He has become very vengeful and is truly beginning to spiral.

TV Insider dished some insight on what is coming up in regard to this storyline on Friday after speaking with former All My Children soap star Michael E. Knight since he will be portraying a doctor working with Neil to cover up the Hilary situation.

'The Young and the Restless' Got Actress Mishael Morgan A Body Double, But Why?

Dr. Simon Neville is the character Knight will portray and he has been said to be a crooked neurologist that will be hired to help take care of Neil.

Shady characters in Genoa City are nothing new, but having this doctor around will surely bring about even more drama.

"He's very cool, kind of eccentric and a rule breaker. And hilarious, though he doesn't mean to be," Knight said of his character, adding, "He makes no apologies for being brilliant and always thinks he has the highest IQ in the room. He's here to keep the [Hilary] situation under wraps. And that's all I'm allowed to tell you..."

It seems like the CBS soap is keeping plenty of things secretive in regard to this character, but knowing how things tend to go in Genoa City, there will be lots of drama to follow.

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
