Their relationship as father and son hasn't been very strong to begin with, but things are going to get even more strained between Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Thomas (Pierson Fode) on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Caroline Learns Who Fathered Her Baby

Things have been especially tense since Thomas returned to town and secretly kept the feelings he still harbors for Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) to himself -- even though it killed him when he learned she and Ridge were going to get married. However, after Caroline sought Thomas out to tell him she was pregnant after their drunken night together, she caught him in bed with one of the Forrester interns and told Ridge, who went to confront his son for his actions.

However, the argument between the two became heated, and eventually led to Thomas punching his father in the face-and now, things will be at their worst point yet between the two.

"I won't forget this," Ridge warns his son in a preview clip for the Thursday, Oct. 1 episode.

However, after things calm down a bit, the situation won't be improved, as Thomas tries to explain his affair with the intern wouldn't cause a sex scandal for the company and apologizes for hitting his father. Ridge will still disagree with the things he has done, and remind his son that these are all things that prove his point that he is a spoiled and entitled brat who doesn't appreciate the things he should.

"You're the great Thomas Forrester, you don't need boundaries!" Ridge says in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
