He seemed to happily be in a relationship with Valerie (Brytni Sarpi), but Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) will finally be forced to reveal that his heart truly lies with Lulu (Emme Rylan) on General Hospital.

After another meet-up with Lulu as he works on his movie, Dillon will give himself a pep talk about how he needs to get over the feelings he still has for Lulu because she was married to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and had no interest in him-but his secret situation will quickly be exposed when Maxie (Kirsten Storms) arrives to work on the movie too and overhears him.

"You have got to find a way to get over her," Dillon says to himself in a preview clip for the Thursday, October 1 episode.

"Get over who?" Maxie asks.

Now, Dillon will finally come clean about his feelings for his former flame-but there could be a chance that all of his fears now won't really be a problem.

When arriving at the hospital to stick by Dante while they waited for word on Sonny (Maurice Benard), Lulu overheard a conversation between he and Valerie where she heard her cousin admit that she couldn't stop thinking about him-and now she will want answers about why her cousin is saying something so intimate to her husband.

"Why can't you stop thinking about Dante?" Lulu asks in the clip.

What Lulu still doesn't know however is that when Dante thought she was cheating with Dillon (she wasn't), he did cheat with Valerie-and now, Valerie can't let go of the feelings she has since developed for him as a result.
