Leah Messer is rumored to be dating Theodore "T.R." Dues, and on Wednesday, she appeared to share a special message for him on Twitter.

The Teen Mom 2 star and Dues, her personal trainer, have been romantically linked since June, around the time Messer's second divorce from Jeremy Calvert was finalized.

At the beginning of the sixth season of Teen Mom 2, Messer and Calvert were attempting to mend their marriage, but after weeks of tense conversations regarding Messer's parenting and cleanliness, Calvert ultimately decided to file for divorce. Even after Messer agreed to get help, Calvert wouldn't change his mind, and once their split was final, he quickly moved on with girlfriend Brooke Wehr.

Meanwhile, rumors have continued to swirl in regard to Messer's relationship with Dues.

In August, OK! Magazine claimed Messer and Dues were not only dating, but also living together in a home in Charleston, W.V. with Messer's three daughters, Ali and Aleeah, 5, and Adalynn, 2, and Dues' two sons, Tyshawn, 8, and Angelo, 4.

Still, despite the reports, Messer has yet to confirm the romance, and Dues was not seen at all on the recently wrapped sixth season of Teen Mom 2.
