She's been struggling ever since she learned she was pregnant, and was floored when she realized her husband couldn't have possibly been the one who fathered her child, but now, Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) will finally come clean to Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Thomas & Ridge Grow Even Further Apart

She's been having a hard time confessing because she knows the baby is not only not his, but his son, Thomas' (Pierson Fode), because the two of them spent the night together the night Ridge briefly broke things off with her.

"Who spent the night with you?" Ridge asks Caroline in a preview clip for the Friday, Oct. 2 episode.

Caroline Learns Who Fathered Her Baby

Caroline will have an even harder time confessing the truth to Ridge thought because he and Thomas have recently had a huge issue, after he learned his son was sleeping with one of the interns for Forrester, Charlotte (Camelia Somers). The two had a huge fight over the situation and what Ridge perceived to be Thomas' lack of boundaries and respect for others-including him.

Things came to an emotional head when Thomas punched his father-and now the two are no longer on speaking terms. If Caroline does get up the nerve to confess the truth to Ridge it could not only further destroy the relationship between father and son, but also the relationship between husband and wife as well.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
