They both know that someone else likes either Lulu (Emme Rylan) or Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), but now, Nathan (Ryan Paevy) and Maxie (Kirsten Storms)will admit the different things they each know to one another on General Hospital.

Dillon Makes A Shocking Confession

Nathan has known the truth about Valerie and Dante's Fourth of July tryst for a while and knows the truth about Valerie's feelings for Dante. He has also tried convincing her to forget about it and move on with Dillon. Meanwhile, Maxie has learned that Dillon is hopelessly in love with Lulu and wants her back-and has promised him she would help him get over her. However, when she outlines her plan to Nathan, she will realize he has been keeping a secret from her.

"Is there something that you're keeping from me?" she asks in a preview clip for the Friday, October 2 episode.

Anna Learns Sloane Sold Her Out

Nathan could finally confide in Maxie about Valerie's feelings, though he will still likely keep the truth about Dante's affair to himself.

Meanwhile, Lulu and Dante will continue dealing with the other big issue in their lives-the news about Sonny's (Maurice Benard) condition after he suffered an embolism from the initial surgery to extract the bullet from his body-unaware that their friends are trying to find ways to hold their marriage together for them.

"Whatever happens I am by your side," Lulu assures Dante in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
