According to a new report, the 51-year-old former Real Housewives of New York City star was involved in a collision on the FDR in New York City this afternoon and immediately rushed to the hospital.

“Jill was in the car with her publicist on her way to promote her film, Night of the Wild, when the driver slammed on the breaks and crashed into a three-car pile up!” a source told Radar Online on Friday.

A second insider added, “The car was going about 30 mph but Jill wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.”

The report claimed Zarin was unconscious after the crash and taken to a hospital nearby. Luckily, however, her injuries don't appear to be serious, as she was back at home just two hours later. Still, she didn't walk away completely unscathed, and according to the report, is now suffering from back pain and tingling down her spine.

In response to her wreck, Zarin told Radar, “The lesson from all of this is always wear your seatbelt!”

Although Zarin is no longer featured on Bravo, she was recently caught in the midst of the Real Housewives drama, when her former co-star, Bethenny Frankel, claimed she had it out for her on the show.

“If someone wanted me to go to L.A. and be on their show, she would just, like, say, ‘Why aren’t you bringing me? It would be much better with the two of us,'” Frankel explained to Andy Cohen during a Bravo special last month.
