CNN showed video footage of local Oregon sherriff John Hanlin saying he would not give the UCC shooter the satisfaction of having his name in the media. This was directly followed by the CNN anchor giving the name of the shooter and then revealing his message on an online forum: "Seems the more people you kill, the more you're in the limelight."
