Bradley Cooper Breakup with Zoe Saldana; Hectic Schedules to Blame?

Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana have allegedly ended their romantic relationship.

The news was reported by The New York Post Thursday that the Hollywood couple broke up before the holidays.

"Zoe had planned to spend the holidays with Bradley and his family in Europe," a source told The Post. "They all were going to Paris, but things didn't work out between them. Zoe spent New Year's Eve with friends in Miami."

Cooper began dating the 34-year-old "Star Trek" actress after they filmed "The Words" together. The couple first broke up in March last year, according to Us Magazine, and was reportedly back together a few months later in September.

Rumors even circulated that the two were very serious and may have gotten secretly engaged.

It is unclear why the couple's relationship may have trailed off once more.

Part of the reason may be due to their busy schedules.

The 37-year-old actor spent much of his time promoting his film "Silver Linings Playbook" with co-stars Jennifer Lawrence and Robert De Niro which has started to receive some buzz for a possible Oscar win.

Saldana has been busy filming J.J. Abrams' "Star Trek Into Darkness" which hits theaters May 17. She will also star in the crime thriller "Blood Ties" that will be released later this year.

The relationship may also have been more of a rebound for Saldana, who broke up with her fiancé Keith Britton in November 2011.

Cooper has been in and out of a few other high-profile celebrity relationships.

He dated Renee Zellweger for two years and briefly dated Olivia Wilde and Jennifer Lopez. He was also married to actress Jennifer Esposito, but the marriage ended after only four months in 2007.
