Sofia Vergara is as famous for her curves as she is for her thick Colombian accent.

So it was not a surprise that a fan of the "Modern Family" actress would want to take a picture with the Latin beauty at a party recently. Unfortunately for Vergara, the request did not go over so well with her fiancé, Nick Loeb.

According to reports, Vergara's husband-to-be became so enraged over the small request by the fan that he caused a ruckus that caused the star to experience her second wardrobe malfunction in months. Vergara, 40, accidentally showed her breasts before a crowd of clubgoers when Loeb started a fight at a New Year's Eve party in a Miami club.

It all started in the wee hours of the morning on Jan. I when Loeb first became jealous over the presence of Vergara's ex-boyfriend, Chris Paciello, the owner of Miami Beach night club Story. Paciello dated Vergara in the 1990s. A source revealed that Loeb appeared uncomfortable at a private VIP party thrown by Pacielle that night.

"Nick seemed tense around Chris, who was hosting them in the VIP section, even though he and Sofia are just friends," a source told New York Post.

Later, Loeb would become enraged after Vergara took a picture with a fan. According to several witnesses, Loeb ended up in a scuffle at a nearby table. The situation became so out of hand, according to sources, that Vergara's dress ended up tearing and her breasts were exposed to people inside the club. Leob was eventually kicked out of the place by security shortly after the melee.

"Sofia stepped in to try to calm the situation, but somehow she ended up getting pushed and shoved also. Her strapless dress was torn or pulled down in the melee, exposing her cleavage in front of other people and her son Manolo who was so offended he left the club," a source told New York Post.

"It was crazy. Nick was pulled away from Sofia and those at the next table by security guards, who dragged him out of the VIP section and threw him out of the club."

The couple reportedly celebrated New Year's Eve at Miami's famed Delano hotel.

Vergara and Loeb got engaged in July last year when he proposed in Mexico during Vegara's 40th birthday celebration at the Mayan ruins.

Vergara's first wardrobe malfunction occurred in September a the 2012 Emmys. Her teal Zuhair Muhair gown split in the back backstage at the awards ceremony. The Colombian beauty took it all in stride - she posted two photos, a close-up and a three-quarter shots of her exposed curvy bottom.
