On Friday the girl group's youngest member shared a 29-second video of herself with her bandmate Normani Kordei Hamilton having a bit of gymnastic and dance-y fun while listening to @iHeartMemphis' smash hit "Hit the Quan".

If you have been living under a rock, "Hit the Quan" is a similar song and dance pop and rap jam that is sweeping the nation much like Silento's "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" did over the summer.

Hansen treated it as a "sneak peek," but at the time nobody knew what was coming from her and 5H partner in crime. This apparently went down at 2 a.m. according to Hamilton.

Then on Saturday actor and musician Ross Lynch challenged the girl group to 5 Gum's "#5TruthorDare," which eventually led to Hansen and Hamilton really hitting the quan since the group accepted the challenge.

Hamilton was the second to last 5H member to partake in the challenge with Hansen concluding it on the stipulation that Hamilton would help her out since Hamilton dared Hansen "post a video of your fave dance moves."

So the two fierce 5H members danced it out for 27 seconds.

"[B]ecause we were feeling ourselves," Hansen proudly dished, adding, "lol," showing she was having a blast in the video.
