They've managed to thus far keep the truth about Jake's (Billy Miller) real identity as Jason Morgan from being revealed, but Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) will start to find new reasons to worry their schemes to keep it all a secret will be exposed on General Hospital.

Elizabeth has constantly been filled with guilt over keeping the secret from Sam (Kelly Monaco), especially as she works on planning on her wedding to Jason, but after hearing about the moment Jake and Sam shared while at The Noodle Buddha where they reenacted Sam's vows to Jason and discussed why she had been having a hard time letting go-which was because a part of her still hoped Jason would still come back to her.

Now, Jake/Jason will tell Elizabeth about what Sam believes, causing his fiancee to panic over what would happen if he learned the truth about his identity.

"Sam said that if Jason were alive he would find her," he says in a preview clip for the Monday, October 5 episode.

Meanwhile, Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) will begin to doubt Hayden's (Rebecca Budig) continued claims she is suffering from amnesia after waking up from her coma-and he will confront her once again about possibly keeping the truth about Jake's real identity a secret for her own personal gain.

"What kind of game are you playing here?" he asks in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
