It looks like we have a new Hollywood BFF alert. Apparently, Britney Spears and Kate Hudson have been partying it up together as the two blonde beauties shared Instagram photos of each other side by side.

According to People Magazine, both Britney and Kate had quite the wild night as they posed in black tops at a friend's house party in Los Angeles over the weekend.

"That moment when @britneyspears shows up to your game night and your all like #itsbritneybitch," Hudson, 36, wrote on the photo sharing site.

"Two blondes... Too much fun," wrote Spears on Instagram. "Loved hanging with you last night @katehudson!"

Unfortunately though, not everyone is loving this new Hollywood friendship. Some comments from critics included, "OK, I'm sorry Britney always looks like a sloppy mess. And these pictures look like they should be in a sorority or frat party. Grow the f*% £ up. And when we're these 2 friends?" along with, "Umm, Britney looks like a raccoon in those pictures! Girlfriend needed a gf to check her face before posing! Who knew those 2 were friends?! Kind of odd."

Another fan wrote, "Kate looks great. I am glad Britney recovered but those bad years really took a toll on her. I think this pictures poses are more on the "teenager" side but I guess is all about the eye of the beholder."

So far, neither Britney nor Kate have made any mentions as to what brought them together or if they hang out as friends regularly.
