Now that Draya Michele has exited stage left from VH1’s Basketball Wives LA, it looks like she is pointing the finger at the show for the reason she and her now on again fiancé Orlando Scandrick had in the past.

Draya Michele Back To Flossing Engagement Ring After Issues With Orlando Scandrick

Draya and the NFL player are going strong again after ending their engagement just two weeks after he proposed. And while wedding bells are ringing for the couple, she has advised anyone who is considering entering the world of reality television to steer clear of it.

“I don’t need every, single thing that I do to be on TV and to be judged so much and looked at so closely. I just don’t like it anymore. I just wanna live a private life.”

She went on to say that women who sign on to do reality television usually end up “less successful” with the exception of a “small, small handful” who are still successful.

“I don’t recommend doing it. I think it ruins a lot of families, relationships, work relationships. It kind of tarnishes your name.”

She added that she is working on getting her life “back on track” after doing about four seasons of Basketball Wives LA.

She said that she preferred to be “known as the designer that I am, the actress that I am” instead of a reality TV star, the mom that I am, the fiancée that I am and… you know… the good influence that I am.”
