The Young and the Restless has definitely seen less dramatic days, but since the big truth spilled that Gabriel is really Adam (both portrayed by Justin Hartley) and the ongoing storyline revolving around Hilary (Mishael Morgan) is getting more intense, Genoa City is a pit of destruction since emotions are erratic from the residents.

Heading into the episode airing today, Oct. 7, Devon (Bryton James), Cane (Daniel Goddard) and a few others that have been closely following Hilary's disappearance will seem to begin to question if Colin (Tristan Rogers) is somehow involved.

In the sneak peek teaser video that's below Colin states, "You think it's me," after Devon shares, "Someone has Hilary and they're holding her for ransom." The two of them are standing around with Lily (Christel Khalil), Cane and Dylan (Steve Burton).

According to Soaps, Cane will even make it clear to Colin that he better not be involved.

It's easy for these residents to assume the worst of Colin since he did try to blackmail Devon quite recently.

This storyline aside, Victor (Eric Braeden) will be plotting his way out of the Paragon Project's disaster.

In the sneak peek Victor will tell Nick (Joshua Morrow), "I think I may have just found a way out," after Nick states, "At this rate we're going to lose everything."

Plus, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will divulge to Paul (Doug Davidson) that Adam is actually alive and in town, which will leave Paul shocked as seen in the clip.

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
