Lizzie Rovsek has weighed in on the ongoing speculation into Brooks Ayers' cancer diagnosis.

Which 'RHOC' Star Was Not Asked To Attend The Season 10 Reunion?

As the 10th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County comes to a close, Rovsek spoke to All About The Tea, revealing she felt the story line, in which Ayers has been accused of faking his stage 3 Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma diagnosis, had gone too far.

“It’s difficult for me, because Vicki is my friend (as are the other women on the show), and I have a hard time seeing them diving so deeply into Brooks’ cancer,” Rovsek explained on Wednesday. “I think some of the women have gone too far with it. You can believe it or not. Ultimately, if they are faking cancer, that’s something they’ll have to deal with themselves – with God – that’s the final judgment. It’s gone way to far, and it’s overstepping privacy boundaries.”

Lizzie Rovsek Is Starting To Think Meghan King Edmonds Likes To Be 'The Center Of Drama'

As for new housewife Meghan King Edmonds, Rovsek felt her intense need to prove Ayers' illness fake has left a bad taste in her mouth.

“I like Meghan, but seeing her call all these doctors and call the ex-girlfriend – I just don’t get it – I don’t do that kind of stuff. I feel it’s a little borderline stalkerish," Rovsek noted. "She doesn’t know Brooks, and she hardly knows Vicki.”
