'NCIS: LA' Season 7 Spoilers: 'Unpredictable Granger' In Store, Miguel Ferrer Teases Ominous Episode

Agent Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) will bring his wit to SoCal when he teams of with the West Coast office in LA's fifth episode, "Blame It On Rio." The impending crossover is far from a secret, but fans can now fest their eyes on the official summary as well as a fresh batch of episode stills.

"NCIS Special Agent DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) partners with the NCIS: Los Angeles team to search the city after his prisoner escapes custody on a flight from Singapore to Los Angeles," CBS announced on Thursday, adding that "Blame It On Rio" will air on Oct. 19.

While it may sound like the case will have something to do with a certain Brazilian metropolis, rest assured the episode will take place entirely in the City of Angeles. The blame, instead, falls on one Mr. Rio Syamsundin (Bobby Lee), a new character whose role in the story has yet to be revealed.

The new photos, however, do indicate that the Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen)/DiNozzo partnership will be everything you wanted and so much more. It's high time the NCIS jokester and his LAPD counterpart teamed up to cause a little mayhem.
