Supernatural's Mark of Cain sure is getting around.

'Supernatural' Season 11 Premiere: A New Angel Arrives, What Does He Want? Actor Explains

Rowena divested Dean of the cursed brand, but the symbol found it way on to no less than two new characters in the season 11 premiere. From the Darkness (Emily Swallow) to little baby Amara (if that is her name, there seems to be a little confusion on that point), the Mark now appears to signify new danger.

If you thought the Mark was contained to these two individuals, you may be mistaken. Set photos from the filming of episode 6 indicate that a third woman (played by Samantha Isler) will bear the brand.

Could Isler's character be another incarnation of either the Darkness or the baby? This isn't the only question plaguing fans - there is also some doubt as to whether or not Nick was referring to his child when he said "her name is Amara." Swallow's character was previously announced as Amara, according to TV Line, which means the dying father may have inadvertently conveyed a new tidbit about the Winchesters' new foe.

Mike is slatted to return in episode 2, "Form and Void," so hopefully a flashback or vision will quickly but the baby name debate to rest (see video below).
