‘The Young and the Restless’: Victor Urges His Newborn Grandson Christian To ‘Fight Like A Newman’ [VIDEO]
The Young and the Restless is surprisingly going to have some sweet moments coming up despite all the drama with Adam (Justin Hartley), the Paragon Project and even Hilary's (Mishael Morgan) disappearance.
In the episode airing today, Oct. 9, Victor (Eric Braeden) will have quite the tender moment with his newborn grandson Christian.
In the sneak peek teaser video that's below Victor can be seen in the NICU with Christian telling the little guy, "You gotta fight like a Newman!"

There is a chance Christian won't survive, but considering Nick's other son Noah (Robert Adamson) was born as a preemie perhaps he has a chance.
"I wish I could hold you in my arms now," Victor further tells Christian.
Aside from the sweet moment between Victor and his newborn grandson, Adam will insist Michael (Christian LeBlanc) help him get out of jail for a bit so he can see Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and their son one last time.
"You gotta help me get out of here," Adam tells Michael in the sneak peek clip, adding, "I don't care if it's just for an hour. Just make it happen. Okay?"
Michael doesn't seem so sure he can achieve that for Adam, but Chelsea will show up at the jail to speak with Adam according to Soaps.
Also in the sneak peek teaser video, Dylan (Steve Burton) will encounter Patty (Stacy Haiduk) since he went to check in on Sharon (Sharon Case).
The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
