The Young and the Restless still has Neil (Kristoff St. John) keeping Hilary (Mishael Morgan) captive.

How Long Does 'The Young and the Restless' Star Daniel Goddard Have To Wear A Brace Because Of Elbow Surgery?

It seems like he will finally be getting some legitimate help for her through a new doctor in Genoa City. All My Children alumnus Michael E. Knight will portray Dr. Simon Neville who he described as "a rule breaker."

Viewers have now been granted with a tease of the rule-breaking doctor via the teaser trailer video for next week's episodes, in which "Adam [Justin Hartley] asks Chelsea [Melissa Claire Egan] for forgiveness and Neil makes a new friend [it's the doctor]!"

'The Paternity' Of Christian 'Is Still A Slight Question' On 'The Young and the Restless'

In the teaser video that's below Neil and Dr. Neville meet and Neil introduces the doctor to an unconscious Hilary.

"This is the patient," Neil tells the doctor as Gwen (Nadine Nicole) looks on.

"That woman's been all over the news," Dr. Neville comments and moments later Neil is in the doctor's face asking, "Can you help my daughter-in-law?"

It seems like Neil definitely doesn't want to get caught so he'll enlist an expert that is a little shady to help take care of Hilary.

That aside, Adam will beg and plead for Chelsea to give him another chance, but Chelsea definitely seems to be done with him by the looks of the teased clips.

"I can't forgive you," Chelsea tells him in one clip and in another she rants, "I don't want you! I don't want to be with you! I don't want Connor [Owen and Henry Leark] to ever see your face again!"

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
