What's going on with Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard these days? That's what everyone seems to be asking, as the couple have apparently quit their missionairy work in El Salvador to film their new spin-off show back home in Arkansas instead. There are also rumors floating around that they might be expecting their second child as well.

The couple has dealt with some heavy scrutiny by their fans as many people are accusing them of using their donation money for their personal use instead of their missionary work in Central America. The couple has made quite a few back-and-forth trips from El Salvador back to their home state of Arkansas in the past several weeks.
Jill doesn't seem to be worried though as she continues to share highlights of her life on her social networking account. The reality television star shared a picture of her and Derick on her Instagram account this week and simply captioned it with, "I love my husband! @derickdillard #besthubby."

Many of her followers are speculating that Jill might be pregnant again by commenting with, "I think she is expecting too. We will know in a few months. It's either that or birth control," along with, "I really think she's expecting again."
So far, neither Jill nor Derick have commented on the pregnancy rumors.
