Sofia Vergara Nip Slip At New Year's Brawl, Photo Of Wardrobe Malfunction Leaked
The photo of Sofia Vergara's nip slip from a New Year's scuffle in Miami has been leaked and gone viral.
In the photo, Vergara, 40 has taken a fall in a Miami nightclub after her fiancé, Nick Loeb, started a fight with a clubgoer.
The "Modern Family" star's latest wardrobe malfunction was taken by a professional photographer's camera cell phone and posted on TMZ.
According to reports, when the Colombian beauty tried to get her enraged businessman boyfriend to stop fighting, she fell and the top of her strapless dress caused her left breast to peer out.
The new photograph shows the star being pulled up from the ground by a friend at Story, a Miami Beach nightclub owned by her ex-boyfriend Chris Paciello.
According to the New York Post, Loeb first became jealous over Paciello, who Vergara dated in the 1990s. Paciello hosted the pair in the VIP section at the New Year's bash. Later, when a fan asked the 40-year-old to take a picture with her, Loeb became so enraged that a scuffle ensued.
"Nick seemed tense around Chris, who was hosting them in the VIP section, even though he and Sofia are just friends," a source told New York Post.
The situation became so out of hand that Vergara's dress ended up lowering and her breast was exposed to people inside the club. Loeb was eventually kicked out of the place by security shortly after the melee.
"Sofia stepped in to try to calm the situation, but somehow she ended up getting pushed and shoved also. Her strapless dress was torn or pulled down in the melee, exposing her cleavage in front of other people and her son Manolo who was so offended he left the club," the source added. "It was crazy. Nick was pulled away from Sofia and those at the next table by security guards, who dragged him out of the VIP section and threw him out of the club."

Loeb was seen the following day on the beach with Vergara. He had multiple scratches and bruises all over his body. He was wearing blue board shorts and sunglasses while Vergara flaunted her curves in the sand with a black one-piece swimsuit. Four fresh bruises can be seen in the photos of Loeb, located on his neck, chest and knee. He appeared unfazed by the previous night's events.
The actress is expected to attend next weekend's Golden Globe awards ceremony. Her sitcom "Modern Family" has been nominated for several categories.
The 70th Annual Golden Globes will be hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. It will be held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills and air live on Sun., Jan. 13, 2013 at 5 p.m. PST/8 p.m. EST on NBC.
