Beyonce and her husband, Sean "Jay-Z" Carter have added another addition to their daughter Blue Ivy's life already filled with a lap of luxury.

According to a report, the "Otis" rapper and his Grammy-winning wife rests their daughter comfortably in a $1 million a year nursery in the basement suite at the Barclays Center stadium in Brooklyn.

"Jay rents a luxurious basement suite for $1 million a year," a source told Us Weekly.  "It has an area for Blue filled with toys."

But that's not all the celebrity power couple are getting for the hefty sum- the space also doubles as a VIP hangout for their A-list friends when they stop by to check out a concert or a Nets game.

"It's all glass with a champagne bar and TV screen," the source added. "Jay lets friends use his digs when he's not there."

Fans first caught wind of Blue Ivy living the high life in July when Beyonce was spotted holding her while shopping at Bergdorf Goodman. The following month, Jay -Z was photographed protectively carrying his then 8-month-old as they exited a helicopter ride. He was also seen carrying their daughter while the family hung out on a yacht in France for Beyonce's birthday in September.

Shoe designer-to-the-A-List stars, Ruthie Davis, revealed that she created a custom pair of pink leather and suede booties bedazzled with rhinestones for Blue. According to a report, the booties for the then nine-month-old cost the Grammy-winning couple $800.

Jay-Z and Coldplay performed at Brooklyn's Barclays Center on New Year's Eve. They sang a duet together and the band's frontman Chris Martin's wife, actress Gwyneth Paltrow, was seen dancing on stage as their kids Apple and Moses looked on. The rapper's VIP section held several celebrities including Christina Aguilera, New York Giants player Victor Cruz, actor Jake Gyllenhaal and more.

Blue Ivy Carter turns 1 today, Jan. 7.
