Kanye West is mad and he is letting the Twitterverse know it. The rapper took to his Twitter account to express his disdain over children's apps that have in-app purchases as apparently his daughter North West has been spending a pretty penny while playing with her parents' iPad.

Kanye tweeted to his 15 million followers on Friday that he is quite the angry parent and knowing him, he'll probably take the necessary steps to make sure his daughter never has to play another game with an in-app purchase. He and Kim Kardashian share North, 2, and are expecting their second child together in December.

He wrote, "F--- any game company that puts in-app purchases on kids games!!! That makes no sense!!!! We give the iPad to our child and every 5 minutes there's a new purchase!!!"

He added in his rant, "If a family is made for a 2-year-old, just allow them to have fun and give the parents a break for Christ sake."

Kanye didn't specify what games North was playing and exactly how much money her in-app purchases were. So far mom Kim herself hasn't made any comments regarding the apparent controversy.
