The Young and the Restless is really getting juicy right now since clear lines of opposing sides are beginning to truly blur seeing as Victor (Eric Braeden) will lend his son Adam (Justin Hartley) a helping hand despite all that has been happening in Genoa City because of his vengefulness toward the head Newman.

In the episode airing today, Oct. 12, Victor will stand before a judge while his son is in custody and state, "Your Honor, I will vouch for my son," after Christine (Lauralee Bell) claims, "No one will vouch for this man" as seen in the sneak peek clip below.

Prior to Adam making it before a judge, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) will admit Adam's chances of making bail are slim as seen in the clip below.

"Given your history, the nature of the crime, your chances are one in a million," Michael honestly shares.

According to Soaps though the judge will grant Adam his bail after Victor vouches for him. Adam will be remanded to Victor's custody. It seems like the only reason why Victor is even bothering to help his son is so his son will stop the Paragon Project.

Also in this episode, many of the characters will be honoring the memory of Delia (Sophie Pollono) at the park.

In the sneak peek below, Jill (Jess Walton) and Esther (Kate Linder) are the brains behind the arrangement to honor Delia. Plus, Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will make her return to Genoa City.
