Although her husband, Joe, attempted to have the foreclosure proceedings pertaining to the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple's Montville home halted, his request has been denied, and according to a report, the Giudices, as well as their four daughters, may soon be forced to relocate.

"Even a cursory examination of the Answer shows that Defendants' denials and alleged defense have no basis in fact or law and are meant only to delay the proceedings," Judge Stephan C. Last week, claimed the report, attorneys representing the couple's mortgage holder "filed a request for final judgment in the matter, which would kick start the process for a sheriff's sale."

According to the bank, the Giudices defaulted on their mortgage in December of last year, just one month prior to Teresa entering prison, when they failed to pay their monthly bill of $10,679.

Although the Giudice's home situation appears dire, they can still make right with the bank by paying what they own before a final judgement is made.
