Alexa PenaVega and Derek Hough went on to snag the highest score of the night - a perfect 40 for their Tango - despite the actresses' pre-show nerves. No change in partners could help Paula Deen, however. The Butter Queen came in last during week 4, and her Monday night jive routine didn't fare much better. With a 26, Deen came in just behind R&B's Tamar Braxton and Paris train hero Alek Skarlatos, both of whom ended Week 5 with 29s.
