'Scandal' Season 5: Fitz Comes For Liz Before He Fires Abby In New Teaser [VIDEO]
President Fitz is not a happy camper after Olivia Pope took the fall for their affair on national television; but she isn’t the only one he takes it out on in the newest sneak peek of ABC’s Scandal.

The President confronts his new chief-of-staff Liz for new reports that say Olivia has gotten around a little too much.
He tells her, “Have you seen this garbage? Do you see what they’re calling her in there? And every other newspaper in the world. Morning shows…With people’s kids in the room, gave estimates with how many men she’s slept with and what age she had lost her virginity. Disgusting!”

When he blames Liz for “dong nothing” she reminds him that’s exactly what he wanted. He then transfers his wrath and anger to Abby, who viewers saw last season make it seem like Fitz and his wife Mellie wanted to work things out despite Olivia’s confession to the affair.
“She tied our hands!” Fitz said.
As if right on cue, Abby walks in, at the worst time possible! She sees Fitz and tries to run out before she’s spotted, but not before he gives her the boot.
“You’re fired!” He yells.
Abby tries to explain but it’s clearly too late.
“Do not talk. You are done talking. You are fired.”
