Does Kate Middleton have a celebrity stalker on her hands? That's what the rumor is, as new reports indicate that Kim Kardashian is so desperate to rub elbows with the British royal family, that she's willing to do just about anything these days, no matter how "creepy" it might be.

According to Star Magazine on Monday, royal insiders say the Duchess has had enough as she isn't interested in having the reality television star be her best friend. But that doesn't seem to stop Kim, as she's managed to hang out with plenty of high-ranking heads of state like President Barack Obama or Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan in the past.

Unfortunately though, there isn't much the Duchess can do other than to simply ignore all of Kim's please.

An insider dished, "Kim is obsessed with Kate. She keeps up with her every move. She wants nothing more than to be a part of Kate's circle."

Kim has even tried to use her daughter North West as a tactic, as she apparently suggested that she and Kate get their two children together for a play date, considering that they are almost the same age. Kim gave birth several weeks early back in June 2013 while Kate gave birth to her son Prince George one month later in July.

The source explained, ""Ever since Kate's son, Prince George, was born, Kim has been badgering the Duchess' people about setting up a public play date between him and North, but Kensington Palace keeps telling her in no uncertain terms that it won't be happening."
