Beyonce's Destiny's Child's bandmates, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, will join her onstage during the 2013 Superbowl Halftime in February. The reunion will be the first for the group since 2006.

According to Us Weekly, the trio will band together halfway through Beyonce's set to sing a new track from their fifth studio album set for release on Jan. 29.

The group's last live performance was at the 2006 NBA All-Star Game when they sang "The Star Spangled Banner."

On Thursday, January 10, Beyonce announced that fans can expect a new album from the band, which has been one of the most successful girls groups in music, especially in the 90's.

"I am so proud to announce the first original Destiny's Child music in eight years!" Beyonce wrote on her Facebook page. The megastar included a link where fans can pre-order the album on Amazon.

The first single, titled "Nuclear," will be peformed at the 2013 Superbowl and it is the first track from their upcoming album "Love Songs." According to the retail website, the song was produced by music producer Pharrell Williams. The rest of the album is a compilation of love songs from their previous albums. The website described it as "comprised mainly of romantic gems recorded between 1997 and 2004."

When E! News asked Rowland in December at VH1 Divas if she would perform with Beyonce, she did not confirm nor deny the rumor. "I love the Super Bowl, but I love my sister [Beyoncé] more, so of course I'll be watching," Rowland told E! "I'm totally going to be watching. I'm so excited."

"Love Songs" is Destiny's Child first album since "Destiny Fulfilled," which was released in 2004. The group split in 2005 after achieving success with their "Destiny Fulfilled and Lovin' It Tour" and focused on their solo careers.

Rowland has appeared in several films including the 2012 hit romantic comedy "Think Like A man" and "Freddy Vs. Jason." After attaining success with albums released overseas, she topped the Billboard music chart in 2011 with her single "Motivation" featuring  rapper Lil' Wayne.
