There are new whispers that the former NBA star's overdose and medical emergency might have been heavily exaggerated by the Kardashian family, as some are saying that it's almost a "miracle" that he has managed to recover so fast and so well in the past week.
According to Naughty Gossip on Thursday, many critics are pointing their fingers at Khloe Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner, who is rumored to be leaking information about Odom to the press.
One source told the site, "None of this makes sense. He was brain dead one minute and the next he is talking with Khloe. With the Kardashians you never know what is really going on."
The reality television family seems to be denying the claims, as another insider says that Odom is indeed in bad shape and that Khloe and her sisters have nothing but genuine concern for him.
The family insider said, "To use Lamar's health problems to get attention is a disgusting claim. Yes, the family is known for using the press, but on this occasion they have been nothing but concerned about Lamar."
It was reported this past week that Khloe and Odom have canceled their divorce proceedings, as they are willing to give their marriage a second chance. The couple first broke up back in 2013.
