Taylor Swift was spotted heading into the recording studio on Jan. 10, only days after reportedly splitting from singer Harry Styles, setting off rumors that the 23-year-old is ready to record ballets about her former beau and One Direction singer.

She tweeted that same day, "Back in the studio. Uh oh..." and an insider revealed that Swift is ready to use her breakup as inspiration for new lyrics.

"Taylor writes music in the same way that other women chat to their friends on the phone. It's been how she deals with her emotions for most of her life, a source told The Sun. "Harry and Taylor only dated for a short time but there were very strong feelings, so it's been a tough comedown."

Swift has been vocal in the past about the fact that she draws inspiration for her music from her personal relationships. Her ex-boyfriends  include John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal, Taylor Lautner and Joe Jonas.

"I've always lived by the theory that if a guy doesn't want me to write a bad song about him, he won't do bad things," she told Us Weekly in 2010. "And he shouldn't, you know?"

Styles and Swift reportedly fought while on vacation on Virgin Gorda, the largest of the British Virgin Islands, earlier in January. The reason behind the dispute is still unknown to the public but one insider confirmed Swift and Styles had a fight, and added that the 1D member "said something he shouldn't have ." "This [breakup] is definitely going to be for good," the source added.

The two were first linked in November.

One Direction goes on a world tour starting in London in February and will perform in cities across Europe and North America before ending their concert tour in Los Angeles in August. Swift will begin her tour in March and perform into the summer, with her last tour performance scheduled to be in Nashville in September.
