While Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate focuses on Nick Gordon as the blame for her tragic death, a man who was injured after being involved in a car crash with her demands to know if she was on drugs when she was discovered unconscious in her bathtub.

Bobbi Kristina Brown Abused Drugs Like Cocaine & Heroine Days Before Bathtub Incident

Russel J. Eckerman has requested that a toxicology report be done on Brown to find out what drugs she used (if any) and how much from the day she was discovered, Jan. 31 until Feb. 3. Some of the substances they want her tested for are cocaine, methadone and amphetamines. There is a total of 15.

News of Eckerman’s request comes as he is involved in a lawsuit after he was in a crash with Bobbi Kristina just days before she was found unresponsive.

Deposition notes from the case have been released and obtained by Radar Online.

Her former roommate Danyela Bradley confessed that Bobbi Kristina had a problem with drugs, particularly cocaine and heroine. She said, “When I had first lived with her, I didn’t know that she actually had a problem with it until I had lived with her afterwards for a couple of weeks…and after a few weeks she just didn’t really hide it.”

She added that Bobbi Kristina’s longtime boyfriend, Gordon, “smoked [crack] more than [Bobbi Kristina],” who “would do [it] like once or twice every two weeks.”

In the meantime, Bobbi Kristina’s estate has filed a $10 million lawsuit against Gordon, claiming that he is responsible for her “wrongful death.”
