The seemingly never ending "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie casting speculation continues to churn out rumors at an astounding rate. The latest name to come up in the chatter for a role in the flick is actress Maggie Gyllenhaal, as she is now supposedly aiming for a part in the E.L. James' franchise.

The recent buzz comes after the 35-year-old posed for a sexy lingerie advertisement, in which the theme appears to be her "channeling her inner E.L. James," according to Celeb Dirty Laundry.

The provocative photo shoot features Gyllenhaal posing in black and lacy lingerie. While the saucy images have many men dropping their jaws, there will undoubtedly be a lot of questioning on whether she would have what it takes to pull off a role in the flick.

While she is clearly too old to play the college graduate Anastasia Steele, there are indeed a plethora of other older characters that she may be "qualified" to take on.

In other news, "Fifty Shades" screenwriter Kelly Marcel recently revealed in an interview with Style Magazine that the film will be "raunchy" and have "a lot of sex."

"Well, there is going to be a lot of sex in the film. It will be NC-17. it's going to be raunchy. We are 100 percent going there," Marcel told the publication.

As more details emerge and rumors surrounding the future flick continue to circulate, only time will tell how the story ultimately unfolds.

The "Fifty Shades of Grey" story centers on a recent college graduate named Anastasia Steele who gets herself into a dominant and submissive sexual relationship with the rich and kinky Grey. Through an "agreement," the two delve into a world of bondage and masochism.

At this point, James and the producers of the "Fifty Shades" film have remained coy on how the casting process will be conducted.
