Taylor Swift attended the 2013 Golden Globes solo not long after reportedly breaking up with singer Harry Styles and the show's hosts, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, used the opportunity to poke fun at the songstress.

Fey joked from onstage and said, "You know what Taylor Swift? You stay away from Michael J. Fox's son," as the audience roared with laughter. Fox's son was there to help stars on and off the stage.

"Or go for it," co-host Poehler said.

"No!" Fey added. "She needs some 'me' time to learn about herself."

Swift was nominated for her first Golden Globes but lost to Adele, who took home the award for Best Original Song with the theme for the James Bond thriller "Skyfall." The 23-year-old was up for the award for "Safe and Sound," her track from "The Hunger Games" soundtrack. In a Donna Karan Atelier taffeta gown and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, Swift made her second big event appearance following her split from the One Direction singer.

At the People's Choice Awards on Jan. 9, Swift won for Favorite Country Artist. She wore a plunging white gown with cap sleeves, Christian Louboutin heels, blue Sutra drop earrings and paired it with smoky eyes. One Direction won two awards that night but did not show up to the event.

Multiple sources confirmed to Us Weekly that Swift and Styles, 18, parted ways following a vacation they took together earlier this month to Virgin Gorda, part of the British Virgin Islands. Swift cut the trip short and flew home to Nashville while Styles was photographed partying with Sir Richard Branson and others on Necker Island, which Branson privately owns.

"They had a fight," one insider told the magazine. Styles "said something he shouldn't have . . . This [breakup] is definitely going to be for good."

Another insider added, "They are 100 percent over."
