Mama June Shannon, the mother of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" star Alana Thompson, kicked co-star Tony Lindsey, aka "Crazy Tony" off the reality show.

Lindsey was banned from appearing in future episodes of the TLC hit reality series for apparently being too crazy.

The ban follows Lindsey's November arrest where he was involved with a group of drunken pranksters, who allegedly scared people driving on a freeway, while wearing a giant gorilla suit.

Deputy Joe Rozier noticed that someone was conducting a stupid and potentially dangerous prank.

"I observed a white male dressed in a gorilla suit acting as if he was going to jump into my lane of travel. I swerved into the left lane to avoid an accident with the person," a police report stated.

Mama Shannon said that her family is still friends with Crazy Tony but that she'd rather not have him on the show.

"We love him as a friend ... but that was a crazy story," Shannon said according to a TMZ report. "Not trying to be mean, but we want to keep it family oriented."

"Crazy Tony" is often referred to as a "cousin" of the family on "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo," but he is just a close friend and not actually related to the family.

Shannon made another big decision recently when she decided to dye her hair blonde.

The reality TV series returned on Jan. 6 with a special Halloween episode, and a newly blonde-haired Shannon whose hair was dyed by her children at their kitchen table, according to The New York Daily News.

"Mama, all your bugs are jumpin' out your head," said pageant child star Thompson as she helped her mom with the dye job.

Shannon's blonde locks were done in part as she dressed up as Marilyn Monroe for Halloween.
