Holly Madison has had it with the Las Vegas Home Owners Association and is planning to move after she failed to resolve a dispute involving her pink dog house.

The former Playmate was told the pink dog house structure stationed in her backyard was not in compliance with the Rancho Circle community's standards.

Madison is currently seven months pregnant and she shares the home with her boyfriend and Vegas club promoter Pasquale Rotella. She dated Hugh Hefner from 2002 to 2008.

Madison told Vegas Weekly before the dog house was built that she had her contractor consult with the HOA to insure the dog house would be up to standards.

"I built this ridiculous, human-sized doghouse behind my house, and when I went over it with my contractor, he consulted the HOA on all their restrictions and whatnot," she said. "He told me it has to match the architecture of the house ... They keep fining me for having it painted pink."

Over the course of the ordeal, Madison has incurred $100 montly fines from the organization.  

"They keep fining me for having it painted pink. But the thing about it is I asked the contractor because when I had that thing build, I kind of knew I wasn't going to stay in this house," she added. "And I wanted something I could put on a pallet and take to the next place with me."

Madison thinks the dispute is ridiculous because the dog house is not under the HOA's jurisdiction, saying, "It's a temporary structure...That would be like harping on someone over their kid's jungle gym."

As of now, the former "Girls Next Door" star is seeking out a new home in a pet friendlier environment for her three pups - Louis, Napolean and Josephine.
