Town & Country Magazine crafted a list of the world's most swoon-worthy bachelors and Prince Harry came in at No. 1.

The 28 year-old royal beat out 39 other suitors including notable politicians, scions, DJs and billionaires-to-be.

The magazine described Prince Harry as Prince William's flirtatious baby brother who flies Apache helicopters with equal aplomb. The prince also fancies costuming it up in everything from dresses to his birthday suit as we know from previous scandals.

In August, photos leaked of the royal naked in a Las Vegas Hotel room and were posted on TMZ.com. Though it was an embarrassing experience for him, the photos boosted Las Vegas' tourism,  increasing the state's audience reach to 154 million people.

Town & Country also claimed Prince Harry prefers Bardot blondes and he is likely to be spotted partying at Mayfair nightclubs or the caves of Tora Bora.

Prince Harry's close competitors on the list include athlete Tim Tebow, actor George Clooney, Taylor Swift's ex-boyfriend Connor Kennedy, Houston Rockets NBA player Jeremy Lin, and Newark, NJ, Mayor Corey Booker, among others.

Prince Harry's bad boy image made him a shoe-in for the title.

"He's the wild-card royal, the naughty one, the one who goes out with rah women, hangs out with a fast crowd, downs too many drinks, and goes home at the wrong moment. That's why we all like him best," Town & Country wrote. "Harry might not possess a towering intellect - he was a lackadaisical student at Eton, and he skipped university to go to Sandhurst, the English equivalent of West Point - but he is cooler and more appealing than his older brother, sweet as William undoubtedly is."

Prince Harry has served in Afghanistan for the last three months and is expected to return home any day now.
