Nude photos of Carole Radziwill's much-younger boyfriend may soon be accessible online.

Carole Radziwill Nearly Quit 'The Real Housewives Of New York City'

According to a new report, numerous nude photos of the 52-year old Real Housewives of New York City star's 29-year-old boyfriend, chef Adam Kenworthy, 29, have been leaked to tabloids.

In one photo, allegedly viewed by Radar Online on Monday, a man believed to be Kenworthy is seen in a "black and white bathroom selfie proudly showing off his goods."

Insiders claimed to Radar Online that the photos of Kenworthy went public after the reality star and author accidentally left her unlocked cellphone at a cafe in New York City.

Throughout the seventh season of The Real Housewives of New York City, Kenworth was a hot topic for conversation. In addition to his good looks, Kenworthy had ties not only to Radziwill, but also to LuAnn de Lesseps.

After meeting Kenworthy at de Lesseps‘ home, Radziwill began dating the chef, and de Lesseps was livid about it due to Kenworthy's previous relationhsip with her niece. Although Radziwill barely knew her co-stars' niece, de Lesseps felt she was breaking girl code by dating Kenworthy.

Just last month, Radziwill began filming season eight of The Real Housewives of New York City with her co-star, Bethenny Frankel.

"The duo were seen on Oct. 20 filming in a New York City restaurant having a chat, but the cameramen in the background gave it away, confirming both are signed on for season 8!" OK! Magazine reported at the time. "At one point, the stars, who became a surprising alliance on the last season of the show, looked to be having a heated conversation, though they eventually hugged it out."
