Todd Chrisley might be at war with his son, Kyle, over the custody of his two-year-old daughter Chloe, but we’ll still be seeing the tot’s face on USA’s Chrisley Knows Best despite Kyle’s wishes.

Why The Legal Battle Between Todd Chrisley & His Son Kyle Is Far From Over

Kyle has said that he’s not all for his daughter being featured on the show. But since Todd has currently has custody and he and Kyle are estranged, it looks like little Chloe will be making reality TV appearances once again.

Todd and Julie Chrisley went as far as writing a letter to the network, reassuring it that Chloe will indeed be on the series in the upcoming season.

Judge Revokes Todd Chrisley's Guardianship Over His 24-Year-Old Son Kyle

It said in part that, “all legal decisions related to Chloe were to be discussed with Chloe’s parents, Todd and Julie, and in the event of a disagreement between the parties related to a legal decision, Todd would have the final decision making authority.

"Simply put, Todd has the final decision making authority for all legal decisions for Chloe when the parties cannot agree. Further, Kyle does not have the capacity to make legal decisions on behalf of himself or Chloe.”

Interestingly enough, Todd was actually Kyle’s legal guardian until late October after Todd said Kyle, 24, suffered from bipolar disorder.

Kyle has hurled accusations at Todd that he “stole” Chloe from him for the show.

Despite Kyle’s claims, Todd has maintained that Chloe is a happy baby and will continue to be on the popular series.

“The child is the happiest baby you could ever be around,” Todd said.
