In an interview, Diesel, 48, whose real name is Mark Sinclair, shared how his daughter, 7-year-old Hania Riley Sinclair already received her orange belt in Judo with the help of, none other than the undefeated UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion and the current best female fighter in the world, Ronda Rousey.

Speaking to WENN (h/t Damon Martin of FoxSports.com), the actor made the decision to start training his daughter with an eye on her future and called on Rousey, who starred alongside him in' Furious 7', to help:

"First of all, I feel sorry for anyone that has to [date my daughter], I wouldn't want that on my worst enemy because I'm just that kind of dad. I've been thinking about this since the day I cut the umbilical cord, and because of that, I made a decision early on that I was going to do everything in my power to empower her to handle it herself." Diesel said of Hania's latest undertaking.

"Because of her 'auntie' Ronda Rousey, she is now an orange belt with stripes in judo. I'm dealing with it early. I'm creating a beast, and I want her to be able to say 'No means no,'" Diesel continued.

Rousey says she's been super impressed with Hania ever since she met the little girl -- even though they've barely trained together. "I've only really seen her beating up on her dad and giving me tips," the UFC champ says ... "I'm looking forward to giving her tips."

The MMA Superstar says she really likes what she sees in Hania. "I think she definitely has the attitude [to be a world beater], for sure ... and that's what you really look for at a young age, not exactly the skills that they have, but the kind of attitude they have. And she definitely has the attitude of a fighter."
