Kendall Jenner celebrated both her 20th birthday and hitting 40 million Instagram followers by showing off more than just a little cleavage-girl went for the whole breast, pulling down her low-cut dress to reveal one of her boobs, a red "x" carefully superimposed over her nipple.

But that's not even the most jaw-dropping part about the photo: That honor belongs to the fact that former Hannah Montana star Moises Arias was the photographer.

Though some fans may have initially thought that Kylie Jenner snapped the pic ("taken by lil Ky," Jenner captioned the risqué shot), it was actually Arias, whose Insta username (@490tx) was tagged in the pic by the reality star. What the what?!

In case it's been a minute since you've watched those Hannah Montana reruns (does the Disney Channel even play them?), let's refresh your memory: Arias played Rico on the show, always schemin' and playing tricks on Hannah Stewart, aka Hannah Montana, aka Miley Cyrus. IRL, though, he's also remembered for that controversial picture where he's lying shirtless on a bed next to a (then) 13-year-old Willow Smith.

In any case, Kendall Jenner seems happier than anything in the photo, laughing outloud as she shows off her chest (and a bar necklace worth envying, I'm sure), captioning the picture, "my favorite photo for all 40 mill of you. genuine happiness"--also making sure to give Arias that photo cred.

Also of note: Jenner recently spoke out about how she got her nipple pierced, though that's not exactly visible in the picture-you know, because of the red "x" and all. #FreeThePiercing?
