“Glee” actor Mark Salling is less than happy these days as he is currently facing serious allegations of sexual battery.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the star’s ex-girlfriend filed a complaint Friday afternoon accusing Salling of forcing her to have sex without a condom back when they were dating in 2011.

In the lawsuit, Gorzela said she began dating Salling in September 2010, but the couple didn’t engage in sexual intercourse until March 2011.

The alleged sexual battery occurred when Gorzela paid the star a visit before a brief trip to Canada.

Gorzela consented to have sex with Salling, as long as they used a condom. The ex-girlfriend claims Salling ignored her demands and proceeded to “Insert his penis into her vagina without a condom.” Gorzela said she tried to stop the actor but he engaged in unprotected sex with her a second time.

After the incident, Gorzela called and sent text messages to Salling demanding that he provide proof he didn’t have any STDs.

When the ex-girfriend didn’t receive a response, she decided to show up at Salling's residence to confront him.

It was at that point that Gorzela claims she found Salling in bed having sex with another woman.

When Gorzela again demanded that Salling tell the truth, the Glee actor responded by shoving her to the ground. Gorzela filed a police report on Mar. 25 when she left the actor’s home.

Along with sexual battery, the actor is accused of intentional affliction of emotional distress and negligence.

Salling’s publicist denied all the allegations telling TMZ: .

“There is no truth to this. It’s the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star’s success. We turn the rest over to Mark’s attorney and have no further comment.”

Salling plays the role of “Puck” on the hit Fox series.

The "Glee" actor tweeted a message thanking his fans in response to the allegations:

"I have and always will appreciate your support. Terror and intimidation are things I'll never subscribe to. Love ya'll so much."
