Corey Simms is heading back to court with Leah Messer after reportedly filing a suit against her.

What Is 'Teen Mom 2' Star Jeremy Calvert Saying About The Custody Of Adalynn?

On Wednesday, In Touch Weekly was first to report news of Simms' alleged case against Messer, claiming the Teen Mom 2 star and mother of three was accused of draining her daughters' trust funds of at least $20,000. Hours later, new details have been revealed.

Messer "allegedly took $10,000 from disabled daughter Ali’s account last December, but promised to pay it all back," Radar Online reported on Wednesday. "However, the report claims, Messer failed to cough up the cash— and even drained Aleeah’s account of at least $10,000 in the process. The accounts, funded by MTV paychecks, were allegedly for Ali’s medical bills and both girls’ future college tuitions."

As Starcasm reveealed earlier, Messer previously addressed her alleged theft, claiming she didn't steal the girls' money, but rather moved the funds into a different account. However, one year later, Simms reportedly has yet to see proof of the money's whereabouts, and will soon take her to court (while the date has allegedly been set, it has not yet been made public).

“Corey is taking Leah to court. He is furious that she took that money,” In Touch Weekly's source explained. “That was the girls’ money — not Leah’s, [and] Corey’s going to do whatever he can to make sure it’s put back.”
