While Foster appeared to catch a break over the summer, when doctors discovered a leaky impant may have been increasing her Lyme disease symptoms, the reality star and mother of three is still spending the majority of her time in bed.

"I'm getting better," Foster told E! News, according to a report on Wednesday. "I'm probably about 60 percent but still spending most of my days in bed and resting, and trying to find the magic trick."

Foster's interview with E! News took place on Tuesday night, during the filming of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in New York City, which included her oldest daughter, Gigi Hadid, her only child who isn't suffering from Lyme disease.

"I still get emotional thinking about it. I've seen it 100 times and every time I see it, I start crying because I know it is something that she wanted so much and she worked so hard to get," Foster said of Hadid's role in the show. "She's only 20 years old. She tried out twice and didn't get it and to get it the third time, it was just so special."
