So Miles Brock and Milan Christopher of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Hollywood have been blasting one another on social media since they mysteriously broke up recently. Now they’re finally explaining what caused the split.

Both Miles and Milan spoke with VH1 to set the record straight and clear the air on why the really split up—all before the domestic violence and cheating allegations.

As for Miles, he said, “Me and him have been on-and-off so much…Milan needs to work on his temper and being so possessive. That’s where we clashed. He always has to run things. Like, chill…”

Still, Miles made it clear he’s far from “perfect.”

“But I feel like Milan gets his way a lot. He goes off into a tantrum…”

As for Milan, he admitted that he “acts on” the first thing he thinks, which he knows can be both positive and negative.”

Milan added that Miles’ newfound fame on television played a part in it as he became eye candy for many across the country.

“It just makes me insecure,” he said. “I don’t like when Miles is playing victim. I don’t like when he displays being the victim. Some of the things he would post, that’s why we go through our stuff.”

Miles also opened up about their social media beef and said he thought it was “crazy” for Milan to accuse him of “using” him for fame.

“I’m not signed, I’m not rich, I’m not living in a mansion…Using you for what?”

Miles confessed that Milan is the one who called it off.

“It does hurt,” Miles added.
