Kim Richards was recently spotted with Brandi Glanville, but luckily, her sobriety remains intact.

Following backlash over Richards' latest outing, in which Glanville wore a shirt which read, "It's no fun to be sober," Richards' younger sister, Kyle, spoke out, claiming she's doing "really well" just months after suffering a slew of alcohol relapses.

"My sister's doing really well," Richards told Entertainment Tonight on November 13. "She needed this time to take of herself, and that's what she's done. She's in a good place, so we're happy."

In April of this year, Richards' sobriety struggles were clear as she was arrested for public intoxication at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Then, just months later, the former child star was arrested for a second time after allegedly shoplifting over $600 worth of items from a Target store in Van Nuys, Calif.

On Wednesday, Richards took to Instagram, where she shared an inspiring meme, along with the caption, "Live in NOW... It's the the only moment we have! Here I found true happiness, joy ,love,peace, & contentment.."

In the meme, a separate message by Thich Nhat Hanh read, "The present moment is the only moment available to us, and it is the door to all moments."
